Himachal Pradesh as its name suggests, its a state of snowfall. In Winters you can expect snowfall In Himachal Pradesh . Districts like Lahaul and Spiti, Kinnaur and some regions of Kullu get disconnected from the Country, however, some places like Kullu, Shimla, Mandi, Sirmour, Chamba, are most reachable districts during winters. Weather in Himachal is mostly bone chilling during winters.
